In his business law practice, attorney Mwangi has extensive experience with business formation and start-up funding issues as well as intellectual property matters. Mr. Mwangi has considerable experience providing advice to entrepreneurs doing business over the Internet including online retailers, affiliate marketers, domainers, hosting companies, site developers and others.

In his Massachusetts family law practice, attorney Mwangi focuses primarily on the preparation of prenuptial agreements and Massachusetts divorce law. Attorney Mwangi is a participant in the Children and Family Law Trial Panel of the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services. Mr. Mwangi is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law and Boston College. Upon graduation, he was associated with the law firm of Goodwin Procter in Boston, Massachusetts for four years. He then worked in the New York City office of Willkie, Farr & Gallagher for two years. Mr. Mwangi is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
